Support the Madison Savoyards, Ltd.
Like most performing arts organizations, the Madison Savoyards needs more financial support than ticket sales provide. We have enjoyed the generous support of individual, corporate, and foundation donors as well as the Wisconsin Arts Board, Dane Country Cultural Affairs, and the Madison Arts Commission.
Matching gifts multiply value of contribution
A matching gift program allows a company to recognize the specific interests of its employees with contributions to the non-profit organizations that are important to them. Many companies nationwide offer matching gift programs that serve to multiply the value of employees' charitable contributions. This kind of corporate support is a growing source of revenue for many charitable organizations, complementing direct corporate gifts. The amount of the matching gift ranges from a direct one-to-one match of a contribution to a three-to-one match now in effect at a few corporations. While eligibility for matching gifts varies among companies, many employers will match gifts from employees' spouses, corporate directors and retired employees. For details on company matching programs, contact the human resources department or community/public relations office in your company. Matching gifts from a donor's company are an excellent way to increase the impact of a gift to the Madison Savoyards.
Madison Savoyards Endowment Fund
The Madison Savoyards established an Endowment Fund with the Madison Community Foundation in 2003. Initiated by a gift from the Sally Andd Davis Estate, the Fund will grow through additional contributions. You are invited to add to the Endowment Fund by specifying the Endowment Fund on the designation line of the donation form.
